Standard Delivery is FREE and your purchase will be with you within 3 days. If you are in a rush for your purchase you can opt for next day delivery which is £2.00.

If you are a new Chelsea Doll customer then browse the website and when you see an item you would like to buy, place it into your shopping bag. When you are ready to pay for your order click go to checkout and follow the simple instructions to register your details. If you are an existing Chelsea Doll customer then you will already be registered as a customer with us. When you arrive and are ready to buy click log in and you will be directed to input your Chelsea Doll username and password to access your details.

When you place an order you will receive confirmation via email. You will also receive confirmation of your order being despatched. All products displayed on the Chelsea Doll website are subject to availability. For full details of our terms and conditions of ordering click here.

If you change your mind about your purchase you can send it back to us within 14 days and receive a full refund (excluding original delivery costs). Please note this excludes earrings for pierced ears which can only be exchanged or refunded if they are faulty. You must notify us that you wish to return an item before sending it back, click here for our contact details. Your purchase must be in its original packaging and unworn. You will have to pay for the return postage and your debit/credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive your purchase back. If your item is faulty we will refund all postage and packing costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Caring for your Jewellery
Treat your fashion jewellery with the love it deserves! Here are a few tips to help you care for your jewellery:

Avoid hairspray and perfume when wearing your jewellery, put it on afterwards.
Do not wear your jewellery in a swimming pool or hot tub.
Refrain from wearing jewellery whilst doing housework, DIY or any other strenuous activity.
If possible, after wearing your jewellery, wipe over with a damp cloth.
Store your jewellery in a safe place, out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, from scratches and away from dust.
Store your jewellery separately so that it does not scratch or tangle with other jewellery.
Most importantly, wear your jewellery as often as you can!
