Last Christmas Posting Date
To ensure delivery of your order before Christmas, make sure you've placed it on or before Monday 19 December for UK orders. For international orders, the following applies:

Monday 5 December for South & Central America, Caribbean, Africa, Middle East, Asia, Far East (including Japan), Australia and New Zealand orders.

Friday 9 December for Eastern Europe, USA and Canada orders.

Monday 12 December for Western Europe orders.

Orders placed after these dates may not reach you in time for the big day (and we'd hate for you to be disappointed)!

Chelsea Doll Orders
Delivery is completely free for all Chelsea Doll orders excluding Barry M products. That means any purchase from our main collections, of any value, any size, to any location (including international) is delivered FREE.

Barry M Cosmetic Orders
If two or less Barry M products are ordered then delivery is charged at a total of £2. If a Barry M product is ordered with any item from our main collections then delivery is FREE. If three or more Barry M items are ordered then delivery is FREE.

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force to fulfil our delivery requirements. For UK orders you can expect your purchase to be with you within 3 working days. For international orders, the following applies:

Europe – delivery estimated between 6-10 working days
Elsewhere – delivery estimated between 7-14 working days
